Estate Sales and Lakes

by Chelle

It's Monday morning and I'm still fighting  jet lag. It's good to be home but, as always, a struggle to transition back to life state-side after being in Europe. I mean that in the least pretentious way possible. I just like the bakeries, languages, people, and public transportation- among other things.

I had a good weekend and found a few gems at an estate sale on Saturday. This morning, since there was very little else  to do at the ungodly hour of 7am ( for the longest time I thought I was a morning person, turns out I'm not) ,  I walked down to the lake and snapped some shots. It's nice to be able to walk to a lake. Especially since it's been in the high 80's here. Unbelievable for Seattle! The people at the estate sale were friendly enough, but there was no charming or bargaining,  so I paid a little more than I wanted to. Ah well.

$7 - dress. It's old and I think the lace is real. It's very delicate!

$12- Okay the shoes were H&M, but fit the outfit so perfectly.
