Curaçao

Dear B -

We're back! Here are a few snapshots of the island. We rented a car and drove up and down the 40 miles island several times. The west side had sandy beaches with tourists intent on snorkeling or diving and the east side had cliffs and crashing waves that claimed to be great for surfing... but I don't know how that would work. It of corse also had the sunrise. Which we planned to wake up and see. Three times. We didn't quite make it. But we did catch several sunsets.

My story for you from our island. We were driving down a little road and I saw a goat- so obviously we had to stop so I could feed it. I threw a piece of bread to the goat (I didn't get out of the car) and out of no where 40 goats came trotting up for lunch - it's the 5th picture below.  Then the goat herder came out of no where and started yelling at us. We hit the gas and drove away but had to circle back as it was a dead end. Three minutes later we cautiously drove back and there was no trace of goat herder or goats.
